How my journey began

Tara began her medical recruiting career at Ronni Cooper Medical, a prominent medical placement agency in Santa Monica, CA.  She developed her skills in recruiting by working in, placing both temporary and permanent medical staff in doctor’s offices, clinics, and various other medical facilities.  Tara worked with Ronni Cooper Medical for eight successful years.  In early 2005,  Ronni decided to sell her business and retire.  It was at this time that Tara decided to start her own medical staffing company, Change Agent Staffing.

Tara offers the services of a recruiter,  human resources consultant, and social worker. With a bachelor’s degree in social work and the talent in understanding people’s strengths, Tara will not only match the skill set you are looking for, but also the personality to fit the style of your office.

Working with Change Agent is unique and special because Tara works for you, not an agency. Her relationships in the industry run deep and she uses a wide variety of resources to recruit new applicants including those relationships, referrals, the internet, classified ads, and even colleges.

Change Agent utilizes Tara’s unique pre-screening technique and always personally reference checks all applicants.  Background checks are always available by request.  If you need help interviewing applicants in your office, she will assist you in the process.  Tara is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will always get the benefit of working directly with Tara.

Tara specializes in placing Front Office Coordinators/Receptionists, Surgical Consultants, Medical Assistants, Social Media Managers, Administrators, Medical Assistants, MOHS Techs, Lab Techs, RN/PA/NP's or any other position within a doctor's office or clinic.
